Girls, let's talk about... #testing products :Maybelline Dream Wonder Nude Foundation

I received a package from Maybelline Paris.

Their team gave me an opportunity to test Dream Wonder Nude Foundation

I got 2 testers, 2 different shades.

There were no flyers with a detailed description of the product, or the composition.  

Unfortunately, I can not give an impression of the original package, because I did not get full size product. 

Short description: 

-I got 2 test-bottles from glass /  5 ml each, 

in 2 shades:
               Shade CAMEO Beige Eclat Nr.20     

               Shade SAND Sable Nr.30

-applicator  is very strange

-watery liquid, 

-strong scent of Alcohol, 

-non-greasy-easy drying foundation

-it's available in drugstores

 

 

Testers: 5ml

 

First of all, to introduce my skin type. 

I have mixed skin that is periodically very oily in the T-zone, it's semi sensitive,  could react on some products.

 I will start with negative things:

-First and the most problematic thing is that it contains sooo much alcohol. When you open the bottle, you just fell strong smell of alcohol.   

In principle, I avoid products with alcohol because it is not good ally of the skin.

- Applicator I do not like at all. It is not practical for me. It is really hard to apply foundation, that dries so fast, with little stick.

-It dries very quickly and you need to put it on the face in literary few seconds (I guess Alcohol thing has lot to do with this problem...).

- It does not stay in place and face has a shine after few hours.

 -For dry skin, I don't know if this is good choice. You should than probably moisturize your face with some "fat" cream first.

Positive things:

- Coverage was ok for me. 

- I wanted for a long time to try some foundation with powdery finish. I like the formula.

-The color SAND Nr. 30 matched me pretty well. I love it on my face.

 The other shade CAMEO Nr.20 was too pinkish for my skin tone.

-It feels smooth and silky on the skin.

In conclusion, this foundation I would use , not as the basic powder, but as a finish touch on my face.
